    That planned, lead developer Chris Wilson recently spent time boasting about all of that the game has accomplished as it launched from beta earlier this October. Most notably, Wilson said that Exile entered 2014 having a whopping 3.7 million registered player accounts. These accounts aren't just being ignored either. Wilson reported that prior to the end of 2013 the sport hit a peak of nearly 70,000 people playing simultaneously, many he "[expects] to beat" because he and his team "localize the sport to more countries" in 2014.

    To help facilitate this planned growth, Grinding Gear Games has added new staff and already includes a fresh patch planned for January 9th.
