TOKYO Air Jordan Retro For Sale Free Shipping , April 7 (Xinhua) -- Japan issued its annual "blue book" on foreign policies Tuesday, in which the country flaunts its " peaceful contribution" but continues to play up the fallacy of historical and disputed territorial issues.

Japan remains committed to continuing on its path as a peace- loving nation as it has done over the past 70 years since the end of World War II based on "deep remorse", said the Diplomatic Bluebook 2015.

The Japanese Foreign Ministry uses the expression of "deep remorse" without specifically pointing out who or why they feel remorse for. Furthermore Air Jordan Shoes For Sale Free Shipping , this declaration is not in line with the country's recent moves.

Just one day earlier, Japan's Education Ministry irked China and South Korea by unveiling the results of its regular review of textbooks for middle school students.

In those textbooks, Japan revised its expressions over the country's wartime atrocities during the World War II.

On the infamous Nanjing Massacre committed by the then Japanese Imperial Army Air Jordan For Sale Free Shipping , some reviewed textbooks stated that captives and civilians were involved in "the tragedy" and "casualties were exposed," compared to the original words like the Japanese Army " killed many captives and civilians."

The new textbooks also mentioned that China's Diaoyu Islands, known in Japan as Senkaku Islands Jordan Retro For Sale Free Shipping , are historically Japanese territory.

In the Diplomatic Bluebook, Japan reiterates its unjust territorial claims and cites Chinese vessel's entering into waters around the Diaoyu Islands as "unilaterally change the status quo" in the East China Sea.

However, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying has commented last week on the draft of the bluebook that it is non other than Japan that unilaterally stirred things up and tried to change the status quo.

Should Japan truly feel "deep remorse" Jordan Shoes For Sale Free Shipping , it would reflect on its wartime past squarely and understand that it has no right whatsoever to claim the territory it seized through aggression, including the Diaoyu Islands.

In a break from the previous annual report, the report also deleted a passage stating that Japan and South Korea "share fundamental values such as freedom Authentic Air Jordan Retro For Sale , democracy, and respect for basic human rights."

The Diplomatic Bluebook 2015 will have an English version for the first time in nine years, said Japan's Kyodo News Agency.

GAZA, March 29 (Xinhua) -- Israel denied permits for 36 runners to leave the Gaza Strip to join in the international marathon scheduled to be held in the West Bank city of Bethlehem on April 1, a senior official said Wednesday.

Nadder Halaweh, a member of the Arab Athletics Union and head of the Gaza runners' delegation told Xinhua the union applied to the Israeli side for permits for 50 runners from the Gaza Strip to join the Bethlehem Marathon.

"The delegation was supposed to leave Gaza to the West Bank on March 27 to prepare to join the marathon on April 1st," said Halaweh, adding "Israel reduced the number from 50 to only 14 runners."

He added that "until now we haven't even heard any good news from the Israeli side on whether they would give exit permits for the 50 members of the delegation."

For the past two weeks, the runners supposed to join the Marathon have been rehearsing in the streets, football stadiums and sports clubs across the Gaza Strip.

Halaweh said Israel has also denied the entry of runners in the 2016 Bethlehem marathon, adding that "this year we applied to the Israeli side asking for the required permits two months in advance."

Israel has been imposing a tight blockade on the Gaza Strip and considers the coastal enclave a hostile entity right after the Islamic Hamas movement forcibly seized control of the territory in 2007.

The annual Bethlehem marathon typically involves 3,000 runners from 26 Arab and foreign countries, including Kuwait and Bahrain.

The ,marathon organizers are the Association for Free Movement.

"We are considered the state of Palestine and it is our right to participate in a marathon that is held in Palestinian territory," said Halaweh, adding "The occupation and internal Palestinian discord are not the players's fault."

Mahmoud Abu Sbitan, a Palestinian long-distance runner from the central Gaza Strip town of Deir el-Ballah, told Xinhua "I have been training for several weeks in order to join the Bethlehem marathon and so far I don't know if I'm going."

"It is really sad to be deprived from joining the Bethlehem marathon. This would not only negatively impact me, but also all my colleagues who would love to represent both Gaza and Palestine in the marathon."
