RuneScape gold got to a point where progression was permanently stagnated. Design in the pre-EoC combat system overpowered and broken chaotics/overloads/turmoil / Nex armor, there was no way to possess reasonable boss experiences with no being cheesed by gamebreaking gear. Tuning the numbers can only go so far. If we needed any semblance of new and advancement PvE content, then something had to alter about Runescape game.
I think it had been an important change that needed to occur, although we know eoc was executed. Revolution ought to have been included in the start. The significant issue to me is the PvP scene, and its death. I really don't see the wilderness couldn't/can not be like a game mode where its heritage only and exceptional attacks still operate. Probably cap the tier of gear you are able to earn, or even tweak the hp. The market would change for non tier items like gwd1. They haven't come up with an alternative that works, why don't you compete with all osrs for PvP? It would be somewhat perplexing, but I wonder whether that kind of thing was considered?
The current oddments sale is a disgrace and not because jagex thinks
These recent oddments promos are currently getting out of hand and probably not for the reasons you think. Runescape gamers shouldn't have to follow all of your social websites and play 24/7 to be made aware. As a person with a full-time occupation I can't just pop to RuneScape whenever I please or crawl through each jmods twitter to find upgrades. Just before double xp weekend you pulled a similar thing where without any sort of announcement other than on a jmods twitter (if memory serves me right), you made a decision to buy OSRS gold make oddments 66% off. Okay, kinda shitty on your conclusion but hey! At least the voucher continues a few days lots of time for the news to spread around even though there should happen to be a post on your site or in-game... Becausey'know. Not everyone uses every social media.
