Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, one of several World of Warcraft daily reputation or "emissary" quests put their hands up for the Kirin Tor. This group is often a faction which has come up rarely since Legion's launch but is one of Warmane Gold for sale many required exalted faction prerequisites for flying set being introduced in a very later update. While four quests are needed to complete an emissary quest, only two Kirin Tor quests emerged throughout the weekend (one a whole new quest and came out twice), info was broken.
Late yesterday, Blizzard addressed the matter by applying a hotfix on the game allowing all players to try and do the Kirin Tor emissary quest regardless of whether or what percentage of the quests they (frustratingly) were able to finish over the weekend.

TL:DR:
Everyone gets to be a complete Kirin Tor Emissary quest on login. If you might be already logged in, please relog to obtain your credit.
This change will not reflected inside UI until a minimum of two world quests are completed as well as then, there can be some inconsistencies. Fixing the UI will require a different build eventually but we thought it might be more important to obtain everyone their rewards! Hotfix needs to be applied to Live servers in the minute or two.
So when you haven't already, look at World of Warcraft and head on the Kirin Tor emissary within Dalaran to say your free chest.
