And on Wednesday Bachelorette vet Ali Fedotowsky revealed on Instagram just how big her baby bump is at 37 weeks along.
The 31-year old linked to her personal blog where she 'is really putting it all out there' sharing her 'worries, current aches and pains, and hopes for the future.'

In the Instagram snap the TV personality faced away from the camera and posed sideways showing off a full baby bump to her 498K followers.
She hugged her impressive belly while sporting a woven maxi dress which, she specified, 'is non-maternity' so she 'will be wearing it all summer long!'
The former E! News host looked effortlessly stunning with a barely there makeup look while keeping her blonde locks slicked back into a no-fuss hairdo.

In her personal blog, Ali shared much more personal details about her pregnancy.
She said: 'The truth is, it hasn't been easy. Except for those few blissful months during my 2nd trimester. But all in all, this pregnancy has been really hard at times - in the last month especially. I have found that my pregnancy has gone beyond just a physical toll on my body and it's starting to take an emotional toll.'
She added: 'I just want my body back. I want to have a drink at the end of a stressful day. I want to be able to tie my own shoes. I want to sleep on my stomach. I want to go to yoga. I want to walk my dog around the block without being in terrible pain. I want to eat runny eggs for breakfast. I want to not be in pain. I want to feel like myself again.'
Even though her doctor has her on 'modified bed rest', Ali keeps taking to social media to keep her followers up-to-date with the evolution of her maternity.
