AWS storage servers cost around 1-2 cents per GB of storage (monthly). A computing servers go from 40 cents/hour into 26 USD an hour (heavily area-dependent too ). And most of us know Jagex does not have strongest servers (considering every world is maximum 2k runescape gamers I doubt they're very powerful ones at all).
