Microsoft isn't the publisher, how a global launch is managed will ultimately be up to SEGA of Japan so are the ones conducting the servers remotely using MS Azure, communication with the Community Team and the ones growing content, clients etc.. Aside from that, yea, what you just said is what I had tried communicating whenever people bring up if information can be transferred... as it comes to electronic games there is no reason for it NOT to pso2 sales be the exact same client having access to the same servers just like literally all past Phantasy Star games or even a majority of MMOs that don't have their Western launch licensed to different NA and EU distributors.
Perhaps if we're lucky we might end up having Ships 4-6 used for EU like you mentioned; in turn making PSO2 be the initial PSO game because PSO on Gamecube to have regional server options (Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst and Phantasy Star Universe was accessible in NA and EU but only needed NA servers). Not everyone can utilize PlayAsia for US Xbox Cards. For example as a german PlayAsia blocks buys of US Xbox Cards for me personally citing:"We regret to tell you that we can't continue with your order as the item you are trying to buy is limited. Please and contact us we will look into this."
That is nothing to do with being in Germany, and what related to your verification. Should you request their customer services like they request you to, then your account will be confirmed and you're able to make the buy. I reside in the united kingdom and have exactly the same message as well.Well initial thing, thank you for your advice, I'll give it a try. Besides that, I just wonder if you downvoted my opinion. Sure it's incorrect, but would not it help if it'd be higher up so other may learn that you can unlock buying cards by calling the customer support rather than burying that information?
I wouldn't be shocked if Challenge Mode gets added as filler Ep3 stuff tbh, as we just really have PD + TD4. Chances are we won't be captured up until at least enjoy, q2 2021. Things will have to begin being taken slower by end of ep5 and begin of ep6, and we are going to have gunslash successor to still get. Not to mention seasonals and things we don't have. A few of those weapons require some time to get. I excited for crafting. Couldn't play with ranger from JP with no crafts. And Safoie type-0 for real pp efficient movement that may go vertically so I could actually jump the walls in TD. BIG question Are we gonna get for crafting?? Lilliparium drops to prep Since the hell are we going to level crafting at any decent rate without them.
Lets hope Steam launch replaces gameguard with VAC, because holy fuck that malware of a"you cant play despite no incompatible programs in error log files and nprotect support tells you to turn off gaming solutions and xbox app services necessary TO BLOODY RUN Phantasy Star Online 2" piece of shit can rot.Don't count on it... SEGA's been loyal to GameGuard ever since Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst days + Lots of MMOs on Steam do use third party anti-cheat applications like Xigncode and all that sort of thing. The best chance to get rid of it would have been on the MS Store but it seems through some hacky method or Microsoft making an exclusion they were able to execute it so... yea. Releasing on Steam is probably not going to pso2 meseta buy xbox one change much.
