I have troubleshooted everything when I was on tweaker it would attempt to load and then I would get a gameguard error. Got the exact same issue.
I have attempted to install from Microsoft which was a nightmare. It wouldn't start for me's life span.
And It downloaded and once I attempted to start it, it's only the little photo of PSO2 that pops up and simply pops.
My computer is not old (I made it about 4 years back ) and it is used for video editing. Idk I'm just drawing a blank
Hey I had the same problem on my PC. I ended up allow it to upgrade and doing a factory reset and everything works great now. Probably there's some update that got misconfigured on the way. If you don't mind reinstalling your applications and may back up your private files you can give a try to that
If your on windows 10 there's a cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta real factory reset option where you won't need to anything or key. It's rather simple to initiate. I googled mill reset windows once I did it now. Fantastic luck
