I can see how it's fun for casuals and people

I'd personally keep playing with it. If nothing else because you are able to get the RS gold satisfaction of filling logs far much quicker.

Folks are probably sleeping on this but Leagues will be probably the ideal way to learn TOB and Nightmare mechanics because you have more margin for error and teams are probably more accepting of mistakes. That's invaluable since its basically impossible to Actually locate experienced teams ready to put up with a newbie and also soloing things too time consuming

I can see how it's fun for casuals and people with not that time that are stuck in mid-game in the authentic OSRS and did not experience a lot of the end-game content.

For me however, it merely looks like a private server with Jmod abilities and instant gratification. I frankly wouldn't feel great about completing GWD in a couple of days and destroying every boss without effort.

I am aware this sub has a fucking heart attack any moment dual exp is mentioned, but frankly double exp weekends sometimes would get me back into playing the sport compared to anything.Leagues has been a good deal of fun, but man I'm so bad at playing region locked Ironman lol. Every time I develop a plan I hit a roadblock. I like the xp rates and relics but also miss the GE

Personally, I could go as far as to say this is the most fun I have ever had playing the game. I've played almost every iteration of RS besides classic, played through all of the good and bad and that I will still say after 15 years that is the most fun.

The first part of this league is somewhat grindy* untill you unlock your 2nd location. It also requires a decent but of obscure game understanding, and some people do not like to look up the wiki every other min.

It's something like 15 hours of grinding in the first place before you get to a lot of the fun stuff.I think I moved in without any sort of plan, the cheap OSRS gold sensation of being a newb again was nice but it's hasn't gone away yet...
