I have a few objectives and would like to know best strategies

  From 80-85 I mined gold in Living Rock Caverns. I averaged at about 40k exp/hour, with 350k cash/hour. 80-85 is about 30 hours of RS gold gold. If you want to mine iron bank , I suggest you have at least 57 Summoning. Utilize a Spirit Kyatt to teleport to the Piscatoris Hunting Area. Mine in the three stones nearby to the teleport place, then bank in Castle Wars. Oh, and if you wished to know a SC Pickaxe lasts for about 16k exp.
  
  I have a few objectives and would like to know best strategies to get there. Smithing 49-60. I'm doing cballs at neitz. How long will this take? Is there something which won't loose me cash and be quicker? Do not know about this, but if you can use the ghost town furnace, use that. Mining 50-60/80. Power mining iron at piscatorisgranite, or banking and iron? Decent speed and decent cash.
  
  Fishing. 60-80. Perhaps monk if I do swan song (Don't have req's yet.) This one is going to be slow. I need money with this. So barbarian may not be an alternative unless others require too long. Lobsters. Hunter 65-80. Red chins. How long can it take? Regardless of how long it will take. Crafting 47-60. No idea....at all of....seriously. I am able to use stealing creation tools for these as I have close to 3k points. Also try to add just how long this will require. I know these are a lot of questions, any assistance is appreciated.

The complete closest furnace into a lender in the world is Edgeville, so I propose obtaining Varrock Armor, level 1 armor lets you use the furnace. Mining 50-60/80: You can't really be quick while powermining. For money, you may either bank iron exactly the way Mr. G & W stated, or you can possibly go Coal with all the Coal Trucks, though much slower.
  
  Fishing. 60-80: In your level, lobsters are cheap RuneScape gold quickly. And lobsters into 99 (I understand you're not likely to 99, don't bug me) will bring you more money than monks to 99, last I checked, at market price. Hunter 65-80: I'd say one month, maybe 1.5. Depends upon how long you play, can be up to 3. Crafting 47-60: I would say Coifs into 50, or afterwards, then Bullseye lantern lenses until 60. I did coifs for a brief time period, just made about 1700. They absolutely don't sell. I've had the very same coifs up for nearly a year.
