Switching to be like RuneScape

It's just not a game I will ever have the ability to cheap OSRS gold reunite into.I gave it a fair shot with legacy mode right before osrs I think. Was alright but it's objectively worse dps which made it disheartening to play. This is how I feel for osrs.

I keep getting nostalgic and taking a break and moving and spending two or a month on osrs. Etc and then I realize how far away my account is and the way grindy RuneScape is and that I have turned off. I would rather spend my time in RS3 in which I don't need to spend hundreds of hours grinding out boring skills in order to play fun ones. Although an Hardcore Ironman and I have been playing with lately and that has changed me experience. Being a Ironmeme has given value to the grind and makes it much more enjoyable.

That is cool you found a way. It'd probably be exactly the exact same for me if I began a brand new Ironman or even just a fresh account on RS3 but I am at that state you were at with osrs where I don't feel like starting over and grinding up everything even though it faster.Well if you ever choose to try Ironman around RS3, allow me to know! I have been looking for a reason to test it on RS3 as well! Folks keep saying Ironman on RS3 is extremely enjoyable, some say it is better than OSRS. So it's well worth checking out at some stage for sure.

You can enable legacy port into getting actions bars with the old button layout to facilitate. Then maybe mess around with the new port somewhat once you know what new things are for, simply placing them in spots that you feel make sense to you, figure out what's suitable (resizeable minimap, having your stock and teleports open at all times, different tabs in conversation that enable you type in there without the prefixes for me personally ). It is mostly about having both things open that you'd otherwise switch between.

Once you've done that it is really quick to get used to, took me maybe a week after enjoying oldschool for 2-3 decades before. The ui on cellular kinda sucks. It makes all the negatives of legacy port which you would normally eventually change to a custom one for stand out a whole lot, but even slightly worse (the interfaces you open are facing half your action bar when you start any of these ).

The interface is the largest barrier to entry for RuneScape in my opinion. I'd recommend going straight into edit mode and attempt to resemble something similar to heritage whilst keeping the benefits of having a lot of useful stuff open in the same moment. This is my layout which I believe is straightforward enough while giving access to what I need nearly all the time to me. Though I'm probably missing a lot of shit useful for buy old school runescape gold endgame bossing I am not some PvMer.
