That is how I've purchased Madden nfl 21 coins that I have. Hell the most recent NBA2K was on steam like 92% off another day. They do it so the MUT players need to restart their set every season. EA doesn't really change much with every Madden series. I Play franchise, and I am honestly ok with older rosters. If Metacritic scores appears to bear correlation to sales then they would care. Metacritic scores issue to publishers when it provides them the opportunity to screw more than developers. Might make some stockholders ears perk up a bit, but I don't see much other than that.
I know most individuals don't like sports games, but PC users get the short end of the pole even with those shitty sports sport. This time NBA2K isn't even releasing the next-gen baseball game on PC, just on the next-gen consoles. PC users are getting exactly the same game using an updated roster with the price of a brand new game. There aren't any decent sports games available on PC. The shitty part is at their core sports games can be a lot of fun.
I really really utilized to enjoy the career node in 2K until it turned into a microtransaction shit hole. Sports games got influenced the most because of MTX. 2k is so greedy, they made the career mode online just. I am glad I lost interest in sports games before mtx obtained integrated. Got tired of paying for a brand new title if I desired a roster upgrades. Only lost interest in annual franchises generally. They sure are amazing money makers though, so the genre will probably always be what it is.
The F1 games are pretty nice and exceptional on the PC. The biggest difficulty with them is that they are basically doing the exact same thing as Fifa. Some minor updates year to year and unfortunately it is sufficient for people to shield it (the improvements are really enjoyable and larger than Fifa, but do not justify a complete cost ) Picked up F1 2018 on Humble complimentary recently. Saw F1 2020 gameplay, do not see why anyone would purchase a new one. The older one works more or less perfectly fine. Together with F1 games you can at least argue that the tech behind the automobiles gets changed annually, so if you are full to the sim aspect - which it does fairly well - I figure it's worth it. It also adds offline attributes which is a boon with most sports games denying about their career manners and giving fuck all into the offline gamers because they're not considering MTX.
Additionally, I noticed the UFC games are not on PC. That's odd. One of the things I need most in the entire world is for UFC to come to PC. . That's the 2008 release for the series. It's been twelve years since there was an NHL game on PC... Fortunately it's still one of the better ones and holds up pretty well, but if you play any of the more recent ones going back to it can be kind of painful without all the QoL changes and mut coins madden 21 these of the past ten years.
