  Go back to Ronald and RuneScape gold give him the information. Ronald tells you to inform Larry, who informs you to tell Veldawich.   Go to your house and construct a Clockwork Bird. Now use some blue dye on it to ensure it is blue. Head to the area near the Falconer and Discover the hunter. Locate two trees with hang near eachother, utilize the big net on them to hang on it, then use the Clockwork Bird underneath the net to set it down, and then go over to the hunter and talk to him. You'll insult him, causing him to pursue you. Run him beneath the net where he will see the bird. Now use a knife online to drop it on him. Now take his hat.
  
  Return to the bird council and tell them that the hunter has been taken care of. They don't believe you so show them with the hat. Now speak to Veldawich to finish the quest. Benefits: 5,000 Hunter expertise, 5,000 Agility expertise, 2,000 Crafting expertise, 5,000 Construction adventure, the bird costume and 1 Quest Point. This is a pursuit that ive just thought of therefore it might not be good. Anyway here it is: Starting Point: Speak to Larry at Argongie Zoo. Reqirements: Quests: Cold War.

Bring 5 significant baits, Penguin and polar ensemble, 5 claws, salmon and 7 boards
  
  You ask him about what that material is for. He will state the robo- penguins love salmon. Ask him what the claws and stuff are all for. He'll say that the claws, boards and OSRS buy gold the nets will make a huge net cage.
