Why pvm or skill when they can return to staking and make bank again or even worse get and start losing it all anger staking their lender quitting. Either way it is a loss for the community when a RS runescape participant who is not a scammer ends up quitting due to spiraling down the gambling path and losing it all or if they create bank and shed the concept of money and literally having nothing to do anymore and wind up quitting. On another note, I'm not 100 percent against pkers because that's just the way the wildy 45, like when someone pk's you and does not attempt skull tricking then you should NOT get angry at that person.
I totally agree. While I am sure a small minority would like fair fights (but I guess in theory the duel arena offers that), it appears the great majority of lively volcano runescape players just want to kill others for whatever their motives may be. Back when I bothered with warbands, sometimes I saw people pick up basically or nothing nothing for the hassle and kill me. If the place is populated enough resources ARE restricted at warbands, and more than a few times I picked up my resources from where I went about my intent as planned and died.In any case the strategy for almost the runescape playerbase would be to go in nude with nothing of value to not risk anything, and a lot of runescape players completely prevent the wildy completely. I played actively from around that was before and during the wildy got handicapped. When it was introduced a good deal of runescape players were mad about the trade limit, but just a very small, market community seemed to care about the wildy. Many runescape players that had been into Pking (and even though it may sound hard to think for you, but I used to be one of them) were happy with clan wars and the duel place getting f2p for a substitute.
The runescape players that quit after the upgrade generally quit on account of not the change that is wildy and the transaction limit. The present design of this wildy promotes griefing and makes luring achievable and lucrative.
