The shocking amount of FIFA Coins sexual abuse allegations in Haiti's national football center has been recorded in a Fifa record that outlines why Yves Jean-Bart was banned from football for life.
The Fifpro report made a part of the investigation into alleged abuses by Jean-Bart, initially revealed by the Guardian, at the Centre Technique National in Croix-des-Bouquets. It claimed the 14 of these 34 were victims of Jean-Bart himself.
The ethics committee's adjudicatory chamber reasoned that Jean-Bart, who dominated Haitian football for two or more decades, had committed acts of"unprecedented gravity".
"Mr Jean-Bart's behavior is simply inexcusable, a disgrace for any soccer official," that the chairperson of their adjudicatory chamber, Mr Vassilios Skouris, said. "The pain and suffering he has caused his many victims of sexual harassment and abuse can't even be fully comprehended, and signifies a very dark spot on the image and reputation of football for a game loved by many.
"While asserting he had been developing Haitian soccer, particularly women's competitions and teams, Mr Jean-Bart did the exact contrary: he abused his position in order to satisfy his own attitude of domination over the most delicate individuals, ruining the livelihood and lives of young promising female players"
After allegations of sexual abuse by cheap FIFA Mobile Coins Jean-Bart were printed from the Guardian in April, Fifa's integrity committee conducted a comprehensive investigation lasting nearly six months which contained hiring an independent IT consultancy business to utilize Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques to confirm some of the alleged victims' claims using cell phone information. As stated by the conclusion of this adjudicatory room, that enabled investigators to re evaluate several occasions where"youthful female players seen the [hotel], one of the alleged locations where the sexual abuse seemingly happened".
