Your goal in slither io game is to control a worm and consume orbs to grow the largest and longest snake in the game. If your snake's head collides into other snakes, you will die. At the same time, you can defeat other worms by encircling and trying to get them to hit your body.
The game features 3 main kinds of orbs including normal orbs, orbs from dead snakes, and chase orbs. The last two types bring more mass than the normal ones.
There are 16 default skins. And the colors of your snake are randomly chosen when you joins the server. However, you can customize your snake's appearance using custom skins with unique designs.
This game was released in 2016 by Steven Howse. It was inspired by Agar.io game and it's also the reminiscent of the classic arcade game Snake.. It is available for Android, iOS, and web browsers.
To play this game: players can control the movement of the snake with their mouse or arrows. Left-click or press space bar to boost speed.
