Talking about small minority of cappion gamers (on end game boss), the majority of these players really break ToS to get there and for some of them they've cap Maplestory mobile mesos harm on more than one character! Too addicted to damage ?
Maybe a few paying players receive cap damage just by paying his own money for NX cash from cubing (which is a very modest part of gamers ) and for certain of them, should they cap on other characters, they might purchase more NX OR actually purchase NX using meso.

Players that are hooked on damage but not enough for not respecting ToS,especially proficient in-game, can attain stuffs quicker and using every legal ways. In-game to get gradually funded but not as much as paying gamers and who dont honor ToS.
